First Floor Lounge: 3 piece suite, coffe table, TV, DVD and playstation 2. French doors leading to balcony.
Kitchen/Diner: Fully equipped, built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Open plan, with lounge; lends itself to sociable entertaining.
Second Floor Bedroom : With double bed. en-suite shower/wc, eves storage cupboards with hanging rail and freeview TV.
Ground Floor Bedroom 1: With twin beds, wardrobe and bedside table.
Ground floor Bedroom 2: With bunk beds, chest of drawers, childrens toys and books and french doors leading to garden.
Ground floor Bathroom: Bath with electric shower, w/c, sink, mirror, wall mounted fan heater, extractor fan and shaving point.
Garden: Enclosed with access via french doors in the ground floor bunk room.
Bed linen, jay cloth, scourer, tea towel provided. If second week booked, fresh bed linen can be made available.
Guests have the option of hiring bath and hand towels at £3.50 per person. Please bring own beach towels.
Travel cot and high chair are available on request. (Please bring own cot bedding.)
Heating is supplied via economy 7 storage heaters. |
