Within 250 yards of the beach, this large, light and airy 4 storey family house provides welcoming and comfortable accommodation. Broad Haven beach has a wonderful expanse of golden sand and is ideal for water sports and swimming; at low tide you can walk around the headland to Little Haven and explore this tiny fishing village. A little further down the coastline is Martins Haven where you can take a boat trip to the bird islands of Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm.

ACCOMMODATION:-

GROUND FLOOR 
BEDROOM 1 / SITTING ROOM which is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, sofa, colour TV, freesat, DVD, video, dining table and 4 chairs. (ideal if you want the option to be apart from the rest of the party).
SHOWER ROOM - There is an adjacent shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. 
UTILITY ROOM has an automatic washing machine and a fridge.
FIRST FLOOR 
There is an open plan kitchen/sitting and dining room on this floor 
KITCHEN overlooking the rear garden and fitted with a range of fully fitted wood units incorporating an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
DINING AREA - The dining area has a dining table and 8 chairs. The sitting area has double doors opening onto balustrades which allow you to enjoy an open air atmosphere. 
SITTING ROOM is furnished with 2 three seater and 1 two seater sofas, coffee table and a colour TV with freeview, DVD and video. The hallway leads you to the garden at the rear of the property; this has a decked patio area with garden furniture and a herb garden.
SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM 2 has distant sea views, a double bed, built in wardrobes, beside tables, chest of drawers, wicker chairs, colour TV with freesat, DVD and video.
BEDROOM 3 has bunk beds, built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. 
FAMILY BATHROOM with suite of bath with overhead shower fitment, WC and wash hand basin. 
THIRD FLOOR
BEDROOM 4 has a sea view, double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. 
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

All beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. A travel cot, 2 stair gates and a highchair are available. Heating is by night store and convector heaters, it is included from May to September inclusive and charged for according to use at all other times. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the property. No pets. No smoking in the property. There is semi secure storage at the side of the property for surf boards etc.

Towels available at £3.50 per guest and wifi at £5 per booking.
