2 The Stables

This renovated stone cottage provides a wonderful base for a delightful beach holiday, providing all the creature comforts that we all so enjoy. The cottage is spacious and uncluttered, making it very relaxing.

Accommodation

Entrance through enclosed garden to the:-

UTILITY ROOM, which houses the automatic washing machine, sink unit, base units and the microwave oven. The downstairs cloakroom has a WC and wash handbasin. There is space for storing beach paraphenalia in the utility room and in the enclosed courtyard.
KITCHEN has a range of fully fitted units, electric hob and oven, fridge/ freezer and a tiled floor. The adjacent high ceilinged DINING ROOM has a pine sideboard and a pine dining table with 8 chairs. 
LOUNGE with a pair of comfortable leather settees and matching easy chairs, colour TV with freesat, DVD, a selection of videos, books and games and an electric fire. There are double patio doors leading to the garden.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom:-

BEDROOMS 1 & 2 have double beds whilst
BEDROOM 3 has a bunk bed with a 3/4 at the bottom and a single at the top. All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. There is also adequate bedroom furniture. 
BATHROOM  - has a bath with overhead electric shower, WC and wash handbasin. Oil fired central heating throughout. All electricity and fuel is included in the rental. Strictly NO SMOKING and no pets at this property. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Parking for 2 cars. Towels available on request - £3.50 per guest.
